Hi Neal, Your link to that business was the first time I’ve seen it. I’ve done well with SEO by 1) picking a URL that people are already searching for 2) providing lots of fresh content (blog). It’s free and from what I’ve read, once google figure out that people are using a formula to rank high, they will change the formula. There are loads of videos on Youtube and information elsewhere about SEO. Do some searching and you will be up to speed quickly.
